Payment: Please complete checkout within 3 days, regardless of payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money orders and personal checks (order will not ship until check clears) and PayPal. Payment should be received within 7 days. We send payment receipts on all orders. NOTICE: We screen diligently for credit card fraud. If shipping to an unconfirmed Paypal address, signature confirmation is required. Shipping: Buyer agrees to pay calculated shipping fee; shipping insurance is included. All orders are shipped via UPS only. Combined shipping available. You will receive a tracking number when your order is on the way. Most orders ship in 2 - 4 days from our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Express Mail Service is available upon request. Availability: While we keep many products on hand, some must be ordered in. All items are subject to availability and may sell out, go on backorder or be discontinued by the manufacturer at any time; if this happens you will be offered a backorder date, a full refund or your choice of a comparable substitute. In the event of any problems, we would appreciate contact from you as we will work very hard to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchases.
Every item on our Website is Guaranteed for 100% Satisfaction! If for any reason you are not satisfied, email us with your concerns and we will work to resolve the problem. Once we receive the claim we will suggest a solution right away. We do not refund the shipping and handling charge in the event of a refused item, however we will if the item is defective or damaged.
NOTE: We will replace any merchandise that has been received with a manufacturer defect. A call tag MAY be issued and new merchandise will be shipped immediately. Our claims department will follow up on your claim immediately.
